FRAMELESS CABINETRY

FRAMELESS CABINETRY
If you're purchasing new cabinetry for your Kitchen, Bath, or anywhere else in your home, you owe it to yourself to look into the benefits of the frameless cabinets.

The Frameless Cabinet

A Frameless Cabinet is built as a box with structurally sound sides, bottom and back.  Because there is no hardwood frame to show off, a faceless cabinet door completely covers the box from view, and creates a seamless, contemporary appearance from door to door.

The Advantages of a Frameless Cabinet:

  • A Frameless Cabinet is Sturdier. Because the entire box is made from equally solid plywood, frameless cabinetry is stronger overall. It will last longer and weather heavy use better than a cabinet whose main structural reinforcement can only be found on the front face.
  • A Frameless Kitchen has more usable space.  As a result of not having a face frame impending access to the cabinet, there is more usable space inside a frameless cabinet compared to that of a same-sized framed product
  • A Frameless Cabinet has a neater, cleaner look. With frameless cabinetry, there are no face frames showing on the cabinet. Full overlay doors on full access cabinets hinge to the inside of the cabinet and cover the front of the cabinet case, except for a small reveal.
  • Frameless Cabinetry Looks More Modern.  As mentioned before, frameless cabinetry is perfect for modern, contemporary home design. Because it has a slick, smooth appearance, it fits the seamless, flowing design that characterizes contemporary homes much better than face frame cabinetry.
